How the annual review links to the enhancement model

In due course all schools will maintain NHSS by completing the annual review to record their core Healthy Schools work whilst also undertaking the Healthy Schools enhancement model process. The enhancement model will challenge schools to meet specific pupils' needs and the needs of the wider school community by taking an approach focussed on healthier behaviour.
