Health and wellbeing profiles 

The community intelligence team at Cornwall Council have been working with colleagues in NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly to create health and wellbeing profiles for community network areas. The profiles describe the health and wellbeing of people living in each of the nineteen community networks across Cornwall, read more and go to the profiles.
