Outcomes for Healthy Schools Plus

After a period of time, usually twelve months, the school will need to determine the extent to which it is meeting its healthier behaviour outcomes.

Monitoring against early success indicators will show whether outcomes for children and young people are improving. The school will then need to consider further ways it can achieve the outcomes in the light of the experience it has gained.
