Because of the enthusiasm and imagination of Cornish schools we were able to recruit an amazing 146 schools to the Healthy Schools Plus pilot. Your work has allowed us to learn a tremendous amount about the benefits of working in this way, and a great deal about how (and sometimes, how not) to go about it.

As the pilot comes to a conclusion we are already convinced that needs-led, outcomes-focussed specific work is a key part of Healthy Schools and we will develop Healthy Schools Plus as part of the way schools will gain and maintain Healthy School status in the future.
