Medicines management training for teachers
Cornwall Partnership NHS Trust and the Skills Development Programme are running a study morning to equip teachers and other staff in education with basic skills and knowledge about medicines management. The training covers asthma, epilepsy, diabetes and anaphylaxis and the use of the EpiPen. Topics covered will be signs and symptoms, safe storage of medicines, care plans and the role in emergency medication. The training is suitable for teachers and other staff in education. It will be held in the Chambers Room at County Hall in Truro on 2nd February from 9.30am.
