SRE Support for Schools

The Cornwall Healthy Schools Programme has just produced "Sex and Relationships Education in the Healthy School Standard PSHE Core Theme: Support for Schools" which is intended to help schools across all Key Stages in Cornwall address SRE in the HS standard and help schools prepare for compulsory PSHE / SRE which was recommended in JIm Knight's recent review.

The guidelines have already been given excellent reviews by teachers and those wokring to improve sexual health in Cornwall.

The guidelines are available to download as pdf document here.

A web-based interactive version of the guidelines is also being prepared and should be live during february 2009 - watch the website and e-newsletter for more information.
