Wake Up Shake Up 3 is here!

Wake Up Shake Up 3 has just arrived. The pack includes two DVDs and one music CD with pdf files of routines in written format. Six new routines are presented in two sections, as before, the practice or learning section and the full routine to music. Ruth Mitchell will be brining Wake Up Shake Up 3 to the Cornwall Healthy Schools Awards Ceremony and 10th Birthday Party on 8th July at the Pavilion Centre of the Royal Cornwall Showground.
