Water Bottle Tops

In the last few days we have been alerted to a potential problem with some of the caps on our HS water bottles. The plastic in the tops has become brittle and the hinge between the bottle and the cap is breaking very easily. There is no problem with the bottles themselves.

The manufacturers are aware of the problem and are replacing affected caps.

This has only affected one batch of caps so the majority are OK.

If you have had a delivery from us recently may we ask you to check the caps. The fault is mostly obvious straight away but a quick twist will demonstrate if the cap is alright. If it doesn't crack when you twist it it is not one of the faulty one.

Let us know if you find any faulty caps and we'll replace them asap.
