Training

Our training covers the practicalities of the Healthy Schools process as well as specific aspects of the core themes.

Self-validation, outcomes and the online audit tool

This workshop is designed to help you with self-validation, using the online audit tool and formulating your outcomes. It is based on our own experience and that of schools. It provides guidance on the most effective and stress-free way to achieve healthy schools status.

If your school is preparing to self-validate for the first time, or to revalidate, this training will help you. The session will include hands-on experience with the online audit tool, so bring a wi-fi enabled laptop if you can.

After coffee at 9.15am the formal information session begins at 9.30. Lunch is provided and the hands-on online audit workshop in the afternoon gives you the opportunity to work on your audit with a member of the Healthy Schools team close at hand to offer help and answer any queries you may have. We will be running two of these days in the autumn term (dates not set yet), contact us to book a place.
