Make It Count - Mental Health is not extracurricular

"Good mental health is fundamental to be able to thrive in life"

More schoolchildren than ever are struggling to cope with negative mental health - with rates of depression, anxiety and self-harm in children and young people rising,
The Mental Health Foundation have launched their new Make it Count campaign to ensure mental health is not extracurricular.
They've put together a guide for teachers to help them create a classroom and school environment where children can thrive with good mental health, and are encouraged and supported to look after their mental health every day.
You can also find information, resources and guides for pupils and parents/carers and much, much more.
