The bullying policy framework provides specific examples and prompts. Both these documents are provided in an editable format so that you can adapt them to your own use.

Bullying: don't suffer in silence was produced by the then DfES. It still provides some useful information on formulating and implementing a policy.

Effectiveness of anti-bullying work
